What we collect

When you submit the contact form on edgebits.io, we collect your name, work email address, company name (optional), and the message you write. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard web server access logs and the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon (which is cookieless and does not track individuals).

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver our service (Cloudflare for bot protection; our mail server for delivery).

Storage and retention

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to our team and are not stored in a database. We retain email correspondence for up to 3 years for business records, then delete it.

Cookies

This website does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form bot check) may set a cookie; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@edgebits.io. We will respond within 30 days.
