By accessing edgebits.io or using EdgeBits software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

EdgeBits is an industrial edge intelligence platform comprising Edge Node software, Edge Manager, Edge Analytics, and associated SDKs and tooling. Each product is licensed separately: Edge Node per node per month; Edge Manager per organisation per month (SaaS or self-hosted); Edge Analytics as an add-on subscription. Licensing terms are set out in the subscription agreement signed separately. These terms govern use of the website and any free trial period.

Free trial

EdgeBits offers a time-limited free trial. During the trial, the platform may be used for evaluation purposes only in non-production environments. Trial access may be revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use EdgeBits to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt third-party systems without authorisation; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what applicable law permits.

Intellectual property

EdgeBits software, documentation, and website content are owned by nerdAppLabs Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licences (see product documentation).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nerdAppLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
